French Riviera

Côte-d'Azur (꼬뜨 다 쥐르)

French Riviera 또는 Coast of Azure 등으로도 불림.

공식적인 경계는 없으나, 서쪽에서 부터 Cassis, Toulon(툴롱), Hyères, Saint-Tropez, Nice 등의 프랑스 도시 포함하는 지역을 말함. 이 중 가장 큰 도시는 Nice.

피사에 가까운 해안도시인 라 스페지아 동부해안(eastern end of the Gulf of La Spezia)부터 프랑스와의 국경마을 벤티밀리아(Ventimiglia)까지의 아름다운 해변. 니스에서 3~5시간 거리.
